Staples, Jr. , so as to include in such <br />Planned Development District, Housing Development <br />he~einaf er1 de ty <br />Unit Development and Office Center (PD-b, f), he <br />scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br />a One-Tamily Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bounda- <br />ries of said Planned Development District, Housing Developm an ° he <br />Community Unit Development and Office Center (PD-b, f), b <br />same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Northeast <br />corner of a 4. 62 acre tract of land conveyed to Robert <br />Hayter by Charles Beachley, said point being in the west <br />right-of-way line of Loop Highway 286 and the east boundary <br />line of said 24. 28 acre Beachley tract; <br />THENCE N 89 ° 30' W a distance of 400. 6 feet to a <br />concrete monument for corner; <br />THENCE N 0° 15' E a distance of 725 feet to a concrete <br />monument for corner; <br />THENCE N 89 ° 23' E a distance of 94. 4 feet to an iron <br />pin for corner in the bottom of a small stream, said point <br />also being in the west right-of-way line of said highway; <br />THENCE along said right-of-way line as follows: <br />S 20 ° 30' E a distance of 41. 5 feet to a concrete monument <br />for corner; <br />S 23 ° 00' E a distance of 504. 6 feet to a concrete monument <br />Eor corner, the beginning of a curve to the left whose radius <br />is 17, 325. 7 feet; <br />In a southeasterly direction along said curve a distance of 68 <br />Eeet to a concrete monument for corner; <br />S 22 ° 00' E a distance of 175. 8 feet to the place of beginning, <br />containing 4. 17 acres of land, more or less. <br />Being described in accordance with an actual survey made <br />Registered e20 h dayf of sional <br />of Clement, <br />on the ground by Lewi ~ate W. <br />Engineer No. 23127, SNovember, 1977. <br />
