ORDINANCE NO. 2374 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, <br />ESTABLISHING A NETGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON <br />LOT lA, CITY BLOCK 112F, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />CHARLES R. McEWIN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />(217); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighbarhood <br />Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on <br />Lot lA, City Block 112F, on property belonging to Charles R. McEwin, <br />so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS) the here- <br />inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- <br />nated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries <br />of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are <br />hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of <br />East Hearon Street, said point being 515. 5 feet East of the <br />East Boundary Line of 13th Street, S. E. ; <br />THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of East <br />Hearon Street, a distance of 59 feet; <br />THENCE South a distance of 177 feet; <br />THENCE West a distance of 59 feet; <br />THENCE North a distance of 177 feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
