ORDINANCE NO. 2374 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, ESTABLISHING A NETGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT lA, CITY BLOCK 112F, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES R. McEWIN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighbarhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot lA, City Block 112F, on property belonging to Charles R. McEwin, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS) the here- inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of East Hearon Street, said point being 515. 5 feet East of the East Boundary Line of 13th Street, S. E. ; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of East Hearon Street, a distance of 59 feet; THENCE South a distance of 177 feet; THENCE West a distance of 59 feet; THENCE North a distance of 177 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
