ORDINANCE NO. 2375 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OT THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) ON LOTS 2, 3 AND 9, CITY' BLOCI< 257, ON PROPERTY BE- LONGING TO W. M. HOUSE, JR. AND BETTY J. HOUSE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MiJLTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple - Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 2, 3 and 9, City Block 257, on property belonging to W. M. House, Jr. and Betty J. House, so as to include in such Multiple-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter de- scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Multiple-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as Eollows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas. BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line of East Cherry Street, said point being 195. 5 Eeet East of the East Boundary Line of 21st Street, N. E. and being the North West Corner of a tract of land conveyed Dee Harris and wife by F. P. Henry and wife by deed dated September 23, 1958 and recorded Book 360, Page 222, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE East with the South Boundary Line of East Cherry Street, 196 feet to the North East Corner of a tract of land conveyed George Howerton and wife by F. P. Henry and wife by deed dated November 1, 1955 and recorded in Book 343, Page 344, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE South with the East Line of said Howerton tract, a distance of 222. 5 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 384 feet to a point; THENCE South a distance of 97 feet to a point; THENCE West a distance of 300 feet to a point; THENCE South a distance of 125 feet to a point; THENCE West a distance of 350 feet to a point; THENCE North a distance of 222 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 70 feet to the South West Corner of said Harris tract; THENCE North with the West Line of said Harris tract, a distance of 220 feet to the place of beginning.
