<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NOo 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT,
<br />GASOLINE SERVICE STATION (48), ON LOT 11, BLOCK 8, TOWN
<br />NORTH ESTATES PART 2, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK W.
<br />DENMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br />DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECI-
<br />FIC USE PERMIT, GASOLINE SERVICE STATION (48), SO ESTAB-
<br />LISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
<br />(C) and a Specific Use Permit, Gasoline Service Station (48), be, and
<br />the same are hereby established on Lot 11, Block 8, Z'own North
<br />Estates Part 2, on property belonging to Jack W. Denman, so as to in-
<br />clude in such Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit,
<br />Gasoline Service Station (48), the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a Commercial
<br />District (C), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C)
<br />and Specific Use Permit, Gasoline Service Station (48), be, and the
<br />same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 11, Block 8, Town North
<br />Estates Part 2, located on the southwest corner of Loop
<br />286 N. E. and 29th N. E.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon pa s s age.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
<br />on this the 13th day of March, 1978.
