ORDINANCE NOo 2381 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF <br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br />ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A SPECIFIC USE <br />PERMIT, KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL (25), ON LOTS 7 AND 14, CITY <br />BLOCK 112A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES D. HOOVER, <br />SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECI- <br />FIC USE PERMIT, KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL (25), SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PA R IS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail <br />District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Kindergarten School (25), be, <br />and the same are hereby established on Lots 7 and 14, City Block 112A, <br />on property belonging to Charles D. Hoover, so as to include in such <br />General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, I<indergarten <br />School (25), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br />and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), and that <br />the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use <br />Permit, Kindergarten School (25), be, and the same are hereby established <br />as follows: <br />FIRST TRACT: Situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part <br />of the Larkin Rattan Survey, within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, Texas, on the South side of Clarksville St. ; <br />BEGINNING at a stake, the N. W. corner of the property <br />conveyed to B. E. Wallace by W. A. Collins on November 17, <br />1919, by deed recorded in Volume 166, Page 480, Lamar <br />County Deed Records; <br />THENCE South 66 East with the N. B. Line of said lot <br />conveyed to B. E. Wallace, 75 feet a stake; <br />THENCE South 200 feet to the S. B. line of said lot con- <br />veyed to B. E. Wallace; <br />THENCE North 66 West 75 feet to the S. W. corner of <br />said lot conveyed to Wallace by W. A. Collins, which is the <br />E. B. line of the property formerly owned by Dick Roach and <br />now owned by Osborne; <br />THENCE North with said Osborne's E. B. line 200 feet to <br />the place of beginning. <br />SECOND TRACT: A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey <br />within the corporate limits of the City of Paris and of City <br />Assessment Block No. 112A, described by metes and bounds <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the NB line of Sherman Street <br />425. 7 feet running with said street from its intersection with <br />the WB line of 17th Street S. E. ; <br />THENCE with said NB line in a Northwesterly direction <br />67 feet, a stake, the SE corner of a lot formerly owned by <br />W. A. Noble; <br />THENCE North 112 feet, a stake in fence corner; <br />THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with fence 65 feet, a <br />stake in fence corner; <br />THENCE South 123 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
