ORDINANCE NO. 2383 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 17, CIT'Y BLOCK 48, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MRS. NORA J. FORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- MERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore estabiished by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighbor - hood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 17, City Block 48, on property belonging to Mrs. Nora J. Ford, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS) the here - inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently de- signated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: A part of the Asa Jarman Survey, located on the West side of 12th Street N. W. , in the City of Paris, in City Block No. 48. BEGINNING at a stake on the WB line of 12th Street N. W. , at a stake 81 feet North of the intersection of said 12th Street N. W. , with West Houston Street. THENCE North 81 feet; THENCE West 100 feet; THENCE North 25 feet; THENCE West 83 feet; THENCE South 106 feet; THENCE East 183 feet to the place of beginning, and being a part of the lot conveyed by Geo. MGuest and wife, Adlanta L. Guest, to C. E. Green, on June 7th, 1943, as shown of record in Book 265, Page 294, Lamar County Deed Records. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
