S. Baker et ux. to Mary G. Moore on October 9, 1902, by deed of record in Book <br />102, Page 559, Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE EAST with the NB line of Pine Bluff Street 90 feet, a stake at the SE comer of the <br />BakerfMoore lot, this being also the SW comer ora lot once owned by Sam Lewis; <br /> THENCE NORTH with the EB line of the Baker/Moore lot 290 feet, more or less, its NE <br />comer, this be:rog also the SE comer of a lot conveyed by A. P. Dohoney et al. to W. F. East with an existing fence 187.3 feet, a post at the <br />present NE comer of the Moore tract; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 88 Deg. 47 Min. West with an existing fence 51.5 feet, an iron pin at the <br />present NW comer of the Moore tract of land; <br /> THENCE SOUTH 0 Deg. 59 Min.
