EXHIBIT "A'~ TRACT ONE: A part of the ISAIAH DAVIS SURVEY within the corporate limits of the City of Pads, described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the NB line of Pine Bluff Street at the SW comer of the lot conveyed by A. S. Baker et ux. to Mary G. Moore on October 9, 1902, by deed of record in Book 102, Page 559, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE EAST with the NB line of Pine Bluff Street 90 feet, a stake at the SE comer of the BakerfMoore lot, this being also the SW comer ora lot once owned by Sam Lewis; THENCE NORTH with the EB line of the Baker/Moore lot 290 feet, more or less, its NE comer, this be:rog also the SE comer of a lot conveyed by A. P. Dohoney et al. to W. F. Moore on September 5,A916, by deed of record in Book 164, Page 69, Lamar County Deed Records; continuing North with the EB line of said Dohoney/Moore lot 61 feet,more or less, a stoke at its NE comer in the SB line of Cherry Street; THENCE in a Westerly direction with the SB line of Cherry ~treet 90 feet, more or less, a stake in the SB line of Cherty Street at the NW comer of the Dohoney/Moore lot; THENCE SOUTH with its W'B line 70 feet, more or less, its SW comer at the NW comer of the above mentaoned Baker/Moore lot, and continuing South with the latter's W'B line 290 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, and being the same property described in deed to Mary Moore Seafight dated June 1, 1987, of record in Book 712, Page 672, Lamar County Deed Records; reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes. TRACT TWO: A part of the ISAIAH DAVIS SURVEY, No. 253, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, being a tract of land owned by Hardy Moore et al.; described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the NB line of Pine BluffStreet at the SW comer of the Moore tract of land, this point being 475 feet East from the EB line of 6th Street NE; TI-I~NCE EAST with the NB line of Pine Bluff Street 50.2 feet, an iron pin at the SE comer of the Moore tract of land; THENCE NORTH 1 Deg. 23 Min. East with an existing fence 187.3 feet, a post at the present NE comer of the Moore tract; THENCE SOUTH 88 Deg. 47 Min. West with an existing fence 51.5 feet, an iron pin at the present NW comer of the Moore tract of land; THENCE SOUTH 0 Deg. 59 Min. West with an existing fence 186.2 feet to the place of beginning, and being the same property described in deed to Mary Moore Seafight dated May 31, 1989, of record in Book 94, Page 18, Lamar County Real Property Records; reference being made to all the above mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes.
