S. Baker et ux. to Mary G. Moore on October 9, 1902, by deed of record in Book 102, Page 559, Larnax County Deed Records; of the THENCE EAST with the NB line of Pine BluffStreet 90 feet, a stake at the SE comer Baker/Moore lot, this bieng also the SW comer ora lot once owned by Sam Lewis; more or less, its NE THENCE NORTH with the EB line of the Baker/Moore lot 290 feet, Moore on comer, this being also the SE comer ora lot conveyed by A. P. Doh0ney et al. to W. F. East with an existing fence 187.3 feet, a post at hte present NE comer of the Moore tract; THENCE SOUTH 88 Deg. 47 Min. West with an existing fence 51.5 feet, an iron pin at the present NW comer of the Moore tract of land; THENCE SOUTH 0 Deg. 59 Min.
