<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON A PART OF LOTS 9,
<br />11 AND 12, AND ALL OF LOTS 10 AND 13, BLOCK 4, FELTS
<br />FORT & VARNER ADDITION, AND LOTS 1 AND 2, CITY BLOCK
<br />113A, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH JOHN LARRY WALI<ER AND
<br />PAUL RICHARD BERCHER OWN A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO
<br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
<br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PAR IS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office
<br />District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of
<br />Lots 9, 11 and 12, and all of Lots 10 and 13, Block 4, Felts Fort &
<br />Varner Addition, and Lots 1 and 2, City Block 113A, upon property
<br />of which John Larry Walker and Paul Richard Bercher own a current
<br />option, so as to include in such Office District (O) the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated
<br />as a Two-Family Dwelling District (21T), and that the boundaries of
<br />said Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established as
<br />follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin
<br />Rattan Survey, Abstract No. 778, and also being a part
<br />of Lots 9, 11 and 12, and all of Lots 10 and 13, Block 4,
<br />Felts Fort & Varner Addition, and Lots 1 and 2, City
<br />Block 113A, and being more particularly described as
<br />follows, to-wit:
<br />BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set for a corner, said
<br />point being the point of intersection of the S/B/L of
<br />Austin Street and the E/B/L of lOth S. E. Street; the
<br />N/W corner of Lot 13 of the Felts, Fort & Varner
<br />Addition;
<br />THENCE with the S/B/L of Austin Street, South
<br />84 ° 25' 0" East, at 175 feet passing the E/B/L of said
<br />Felts, Fort & Varner Addition, continuing in all a total
<br />distance of 310. 7 feet to an Iron Pipe set for a corner;
<br />THENCE South 275. 4 feet to an Iron Pipe set for
<br />a corner, said point being the S/W corner of Lot 2 A
<br />of Paris City Block No. 113 A;
<br />THENCE South 89 ° 20' West, 135 feet to an Iron
<br />Pipe set for a corner, said point being the S/W corner
<br />of Lot 1 of Paris City Block No. 113 -A;
<br />THENCE North 0° 59' West, 100 feet to an Iron
<br />Pipe set for a corner, said point being in the E/B/L of
<br />said Felts, Fort & Varner Addition;
