ORDINANCE NO. 2204 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2056 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP OF SAID <br />CITY; DELETING 3RD STREET, N. W. AS A ONE-WAY STREET, <br />SOUTH FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH GRAHAM STREET TO ITS <br />INTERSECTION WITH BONHAM STREET; DIRECTING THE CITY <br />ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP; PROVIDING <br />FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING A.LL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE- <br />WITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, <br />1975. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the one-way street system as established by <br />Ordinarre No. 2056 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the <br />same is hereby changed by deleting 3rd Street, N. W. as a one-way <br />street, South from its intersection with Graham Street to its inter- <br />section with Bonham Street. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and ~ <br />he is hereby directed to change the One Way Street Map of the City of <br />Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2056 and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall <br />be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. <br />Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herew.ith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5.
