<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING TWO (2) ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS
<br />NO. 2(SF-2), DESCRIBED IN TWO TRACTS AS FOLLOWS: TRACT l,
<br />ON LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND 7, CITY BLOCK 188C, ON PROPERTY BELONG-
<br />ING TO KA.THRYN VAUGHAN, ET AL, AND TRACT 2, ON LOTS 3,
<br />3A, 4, 5, 5A, 5B AND 5C, CITY BLOCI< 188D, ON PROPERTY BELONG-
<br />ING TO DON C. WHITAKER, ET AL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS
<br />(C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO (2)
<br />ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICTS NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that two (2) One-Family
<br />Dwelling Districts No. 2(SF -2), be, and the same are hereby es -
<br />tablished and described in two tracts as follows: Tract l, on Lots 4,
<br />5, 6 and 7, City Block 188C, on property belonging to Kathryn Vaughan,
<br />Et A1, and Tract 2, on Lots 3, 3A, 4, 5, 5A, 5B and 5C, City Block
<br />188D, on property belonging to Don C. Whitaker, Et Al, so as to include
<br />in such One-Family Dwelling Districts No. 2(SF-2), the hereinafter
<br />described two tracts, which were formerly and are presently designated
<br />as Commercial Districts (C), and that the boundaries of the said
<br />One -Family Dwelling Districts No. 2(SF -2), be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />TRACT l: Beginning at the intersection of the West
<br />Boundary Line of 12th Street, S. E. with the South Boundary
<br />Line of the Paris & Mt. Pleasant Railway Company Right
<br />of Way, being the North East Corner of Lot 5, City
<br />Block 188D;
<br />THENCE South 596.4 feet to the South East Corner of
<br />Lot 5A, City Block 188D, being the intersection of the West
<br />Boundary Line of 12th Street, S. E. and the North Boundary
<br />Line of Jefferson Road;
<br />THENCE in a Westerly direction with the North Boundary
<br />Line of Jefferson Road 492. 5 feet to the South West Corner
<br />of Lot 3, City Block 1881);
<br />THENCE North 600 feet with the West Boundary Lines
<br />of Lot 3 and Lot 5, City Block 188D to the North West
<br />Corner of Lot 5, City Block 188D, the same being in the
<br />South Boundary Line of the Paris & Mt. Pleasant Railway
<br />Company Right of Way;
<br />THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South Boundary
<br />Line of the Paris & Mt. Pleasant Railway Company Right of
<br />Way 492. 5 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />TRACT 2: Beginning at the intersection of the West
<br />Boundary Line of 8th Street, S. E. with the West Boundary
<br />Line of the Paris & Mt. Pleasant Railway Company Right of
<br />Way, being the North East Corner of Lot 4, City Block 188C;
