ORDINANCE NO. 2217 ,
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), SPECIFIC USE
<br />PERMIT, TRAILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), ON LOTS
<br />10, l0A AND 11, CITY BLOCK 117, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br />MILDRED BINNION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIl'LE FAMILY DWELLING
<br />DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
<br />THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT,
<br />TRA ILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail
<br />District (GR), Specific Use Permit, Trailer Camp or Mobile Home
<br />Park (39), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 10, l0A
<br />and 11, City Block 117, on property belonging to Mildred Binnion, so
<br />as to include in such General Retail District (GR), Specific Use
<br />Permit, Trailer Camp or Mobile Home Park (39), the hereinafter de-
<br />scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
<br />a Multiple Family Dwell.ing District No. 1(MF-1), and that the
<br />boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), Specific Use Permit,
<br />Trailer Camp or Mobile Home Park (39), be, and the same are
<br />hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan
<br />Survey, and being Lots 10, l0A and 11, City Block 117,
<br />located on the North Side of Woodlawn Avenue, East of
<br />3rd Street, S. E.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
<br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance
<br />with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
<br />on this the 14th day of April, 1975.
