ORDINANCE NO. 2226 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 6A, CITY <br />BLOCK 306, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH ALLIED MEDICAL <br />SUPPLIES, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PD-b), AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMER- <br />CIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PA R IS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial <br />District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 6A, City <br />Block 306, upon property of which Allied Medical Supplies, Inc, owns <br />a current option, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre- <br />sently designated as a Planned Development District, Community Unit <br />Development (PD-b), and that the boundaries of said Commercial <br />District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin <br />Russell Survey 4786, and being a part of lot 6 of the <br />Replat of lot 1 in City Block 306, said Replat being duly re- <br />corded in the Plat Records of said County and State. <br />Beginning at an iron pin for corner in the North <br />Boundary Line of DeShong Drive at the Southeast corner of <br />said lot 6, said point being North 59 Deg. 25 Min. West a <br />distance of 300 ft, from the West Boundary Line of Lewis <br />Lane. <br />Thence North 31 Deg. East a distance of 316. 2 ft. to an <br />iron pin for corner at the Northeast corner of said lot 6; <br />Thence North 59 Deg. 25 Min. West a distance of 100 ft. <br />to an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of said <br />lot 6; <br />Thence South 31 Deg. West a distance of 316. 2 ft. to an <br />iron pin for corner in the South Boundary Line of said lot 6; <br />Thence South 59 Deg. 25 Min. East along the North <br />Boundary Line of DeShong Drive a distance of 100 ft. to the <br />place of beginning and conta.ining 0. 73 acres of land. <br />Being Lot 6A, City Block 306, according to plat recorded <br />Book 9, Page 153, Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br />Section 2. 'Ihat the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning <br />Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
