ORDINANCE NO. 2230 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) AND SPECIFIC USE PER- <br />MIT, ANTIQUE SHOP (4), WITH RESTRICTIONS, ON LOT 3, CITY <br />BLOCK 226, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH G. M. PRICE OWNS A <br />CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DIS- <br />TRICT (217); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, ANTIQUE <br />SHOP (4), WITH RESTRICTIONS, SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O) <br />and Specific Use Permit, Antique Shop (4), with the hereinafter re- <br />strictions, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 3, City <br />Block 226, upon property of which G. M. Price owns a current option, <br />so as to include in such Office District (O) and Specific Use Permit, <br />Antique Shop (4), subject to the following restrictions: <br />l. No outside storage or display of products. <br />2. Provide offstreet parking (two spaces for the residential <br />use plus one space for each 200 sq. ft. devoted to an- <br />tique sales). <br />3. Advertising sign to be compatible with the present resi- <br />dential area and shall be no larger than 2 feet by 4 feet. <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (21T), and that the bounda- <br />ries of said Office District (O) and Specific Use Permit, Antique Shop <br />(4), with restrictions, be, and the same are hereby established as <br />follows : <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 3, City Block 226, <br />and being No. 1971 Clarksville Street. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the <br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map <br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accord- <br />ance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
