ORDINANCE NO. 2236 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2124 <br />WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED <br />SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF OR- <br />DINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 11, 1975. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2124 of the City <br />of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows: <br />"Section 2. The site plan of the property herein <br />re -zoned, dated March 27, 1975, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, is approved upon the statement of the <br />Director of Community Development as the same appears <br />in Paragraph 3 of his memorandum to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, dated July 30, 1975. " <br />Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />1975. <br />Section 3.
