ORDINANCE NO. 2250 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SHOPPING <br />CENTER (PD-a) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 299, UPON PROPERTY <br />OF WHICH MID-SOUTH INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. OWNS A <br />CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />ND A DIS- <br />TRICT, COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), AND DESIGNATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, <br />SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned <br />Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on Lot 2, City Block 299, upon property of which <br />Mid-South Investment Company, Inc, owns a current option, so as <br />to include in such Planned Development District, Shopping Center <br />(PD-a), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br />is presently designated as a Planned Development District, <br />Community Unit Development (PD-b), and a Neighborhood Service <br />District (NS), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development <br />District, Shopping Center (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby es - <br />tablished as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 2, City <br />Block 299, located on the South Side of Clarksville <br />Street approximately 300 feet East of Johnson Woods <br />Drive. <br />Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re-zoned, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br />same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
