ORDINANCE NO. 2250 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 299, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH MID-SOUTH INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ND A DIS- TRICT, COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 2, City Block 299, upon property of which Mid-South Investment Company, Inc, owns a current option, so as to include in such Planned Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Planned Development District, Community Unit Development (PD-b), and a Neighborhood Service District (NS), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District, Shopping Center (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby es - tablished as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 2, City Block 299, located on the South Side of Clarksville Street approximately 300 feet East of Johnson Woods Drive. Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re-zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
