ORDINANCE N0. 2251 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) ON LOT 27, CITY BLOCI< 249, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH JOHN PASS OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF -2), AND DESIGNAT- ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District, Com munity Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 27, City Block 249, upon pro- perty of which John Pass owns a current option, so as to include in such Planned Development District, Community Unit Development (PD-b), the hereinafter described property, which was fbrmerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District, Community Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 27, City Block 249, located on the North Side of Clarksville Street approximately 1000 feet East of Johnson Woods Drive. Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re -zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
