ORDINANCE N0. 2251 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, COMMUNITY <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) ON LOT 27, CITY BLOCI< 249, UPON <br />PROPERTY OF WHICH JOHN PASS OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS <br />TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br />ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF -2), AND DESIGNAT- <br />ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, <br />COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned <br />Development District, Com munity Unit Development (PD-b), be, and <br />the same is hereby established on Lot 27, City Block 249, upon pro- <br />perty of which John Pass owns a current option, so as to include in <br />such Planned Development District, Community Unit Development <br />(PD-b), the hereinafter described property, which was fbrmerly and <br />is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF -2), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District, <br />Community Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 27, City <br />Block 249, located on the North Side of Clarksville <br />Street approximately 1000 feet East of Johnson Woods <br />Drive. <br />Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re -zoned, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br />same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
