<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON
<br />LOTS 8, 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK 1, LOOKE ADDITION, ON PRO-
<br />PERTY BELONGING TO MARY GENEVA REED, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF -3); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
<br />(NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood
<br />Service District (N S), be, and the same is hereby established on
<br />Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block l, Looke Addition, on property belonging
<br />to Mary Geneva Reed, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service
<br />District (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
<br />and is presently designated as a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3
<br />(SF -3), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service
<br />District (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11,
<br />Block 1, Looke Addition, and being No. 1233 13th Street,
<br />N. W.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in
<br />regular session convened, in the Municipal Court Room, Police and
<br />Courts Building, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of November, 1975.
