ORDINANCE NO. 2253 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) <br />AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), LIMITED TO THE <br />USE OF BILLY JOE KING ONLY, ON LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK B, <br />WESTVIEW ADDITION, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH BILLY JOE KING <br />OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- <br />TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br />THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND <br />SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), LIMITED TO THE USE <br />OF BILLY JOE KING ONLY, SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofor e established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(SF -2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), li - <br />mited to the use of Billy Joe King only, be, and the same are hereby <br />established on Lots 6 and 7, Block B, Westview Addition, upon property <br />of which Billy Joe King owns a current option, so as to include in such <br />One -Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2) and Specific Use Permit, <br />Day Nursery (25), limited to the use of Billy Joe King only, the here- <br />inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently de - <br />signated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that <br />the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) <br />and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), limited to the use of <br />Billy Joe King only, be, and the same are hereby established as <br />follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 6 and 7, <br />Block B, Westview Addition. Being No. 1731 Graham <br />Street. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance w ith the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br />same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
