ORDINANCE NO. 2267 , AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF CER - TAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 31.45 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, WHICH IS LESS THA.N TEN PER CENT (1070) OF THE TERRITORY INCLUDED WITHIN ITS PRESENT CITY LIMITS, WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES ADJACENT TO AND ADJOTNS THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND PRbVIDING ZONTNG FOR SAID TERRITORY. Whereas, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, where all interested persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the proposed annexation of the following described territory: Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a tract of land now owned by D. Wayne Brown and G. Eugene Brown and being a part of the following tract of land conveyed J. L. Jopling, 25. 68 acres in Vol. 290, Page 581, 21. 8 acres in Vol. 309, Page 11, and 57 acres in Vol. 312, Page 509, and a 44 acre tract conveyed George O.
