2267 ORD PROVIDING EXTENSION OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LMITS OF COP AND ANNEXATION OF 31.45 ACRES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. The following described land and territory lying adjacent to and adjoining the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby added and annexed to the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be included within the boundary limits of the City of Paris, TOxas, and the present boundary limits of said city, at the various points contiguous to the area hereinafter described, are altered and amended so as to in- clude said area within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas, to-wit: Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a tract of land now owned by D. Wayne Brown and G. Eugene Brown and being a part of the following tract of land conveyed J. L. Jopling, 25. 68 acres in Vol. 290, Page 581, 21. 8 acres in Vol. 309, Page 11, and 57 acres in Vol. 312, Page 509, and a 44 acre tract conveyed George O. Fisher, Jr. of record in Vol. 312, Page 381 of the Deed Records of said County and State and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of the Fisher tract, said stake being South 20 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned 25.68 acre tract; THENCE East 200 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 28 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East 300 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 320 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East 200 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 320 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East 350 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 185 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West 20 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 400 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East 185 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 20 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE East 150 feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary Line of the above mentioned 57 acre tract; THENCE South a distance of 600 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West 200 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North 135 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West 500 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 185 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West 60 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 405 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE West 380 feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; THENCE North 29 Degrees West along said East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286, a distance of 635 feet to a concrete monument for corner;
