ORDINA NCE NO. 2274 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br />PROVIDTNG THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO <br />PARI<ING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 <br />OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br />$200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI- <br />NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1976. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS: <br />Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in <br />Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following <br />No Parking area: <br />Adjacent to the South Boundary Line of Hilliard Street; <br />Beginning at a point 130 feet East of Hilliard Street's <br />intersection with the East Boundary Line of 13th Street, <br />S. E. ; Thence East 100 feet, more or less, to said <br />Street's end. <br />Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and <br />upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. <br />Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- <br />flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4.
