ORDINANCE N0. 2280 . AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST BRAME STREET, FROM SOUTH MAIN STREET, EAST TO SOUTH CHURCH STREET; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PRO- VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY l, 1976. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following No Parking area: Adjacent to the North Boundary Line of East Brame Street; Beginning at East Brame Street's intersect.ion with the East Boundary Line of South Main Street; Thence East to East Brame Street's intersection with the West Boundary Line of South Church Street. Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. 1976. Section 4.
