ORDINANCE NO. 2284 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, SHOPPING <br />CENTER (MINI-WAREHOUSES) (PD-a) ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 53, <br />UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH ELMER WHITAKER AND NEIL <br />WHITAKER HAVE A CONTRACTUAL INTEREST, SO AS TO IN- <br />CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br />TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217), AND DESIGNATING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, <br />SHOPPING CENTER (MINI-WAREHOUSES) (PD-a) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned <br />Development District, Shopping Center (Mini-Warehouses (PD-a), <br />be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 3, City Block 53, <br />upon property of which Elmer Whitaker and Neil Whitaker have a <br />contractual interest, so as to include in such Planned Development <br />District, Shopping Center (Mini-Warehouses)(PD-a), the hereinafter <br />described property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br />as a Two-Family Dwelling District (21T), and that the boundaries of <br />said Planned Development District, Shopping Center (Mini- <br />Warehouses) (PD-a), be, and the same are hereby established as <br />follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 3, City Block 53, <br />located on the Northeast Corner of Graham Street and <br />7th Street, N. W. <br />Section 2. That the site plan of the property herein re-zoned, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved subject to any engineering <br />requirements. <br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of <br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br />same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br />upon passage. <br />
