<br />Council of the City of Paris that an alley, beginning at the West
<br />Boundary Line of 20th Street, N. W. , at the South East Corner of
<br />Lot 1 and the North East Coarner of Lot 12, Block 2, Westside
<br />Addition, being 15 feet wide, and extending in a Westerly direction
<br />approximately 300 feet, more or less, to the East 13oundary Line of
<br />the dedicated right of way of 21st Street, N. W. and the South West
<br />Corner of Lot 6 and the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 2,
<br />Westside Addition, lying adjacent to the South Boundary Lines of
<br />I,.ots 1 throuoh 6 and adjacent to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7
<br />through 12, all in Block 2, Westside Addition, a.nd an alley, beginning
<br />at the West Bouriaary Line of the dedicated right of way of 21st
<br />Street, N. W. , at the South East Corner of Lot 1 and the North East
<br />Corner of Lot 12, Block 3, Westside Addition, being 15 feet wide,
<br />and extending in a VVesterly direction approximately 300 feet, more or
