<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED L DSTRICT ON ON LOTS 9 AInND 10, CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING A COMMERCIA (C)
<br />AND LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 10, TOWN NORTH ESTATES NO. 2, ON
<br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK DENMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE
<br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY
<br />BOUNDA -

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PA RIS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
<br />(C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 9 and 10, Block 8,
<br />and Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Town North Estates No. 2, on property be-
<br />longing to Jack Denman, so as to include in such Commercial District
<br />(C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
<br />presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2),
<br />and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the
<br />same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 9 and 10, Block 8,
<br />and Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Town North Estates No. 2,
<br />located on 29th Street, N. E. , South of Loop 286 N. E.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
<br />on this the 9th day of August, 1976.
