<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NGING THE BOUNDA -
<br />RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O), SPECIFIC USE, GREENHOUSE,
<br />NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES AND FLORIST, ON LOT 22B,
<br />CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TOMMY E. SIMMONS,
<br />SO AS 1'O INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
<br />AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIG-
<br />NATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O), SPECIFIC
<br />USE, GREENHOUSE, NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES AND
<br />FLORIST, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Parfs, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office District (O),
<br />Specific Use, Greenhause, Nursery for Retail Plant Sales and Florist,
<br />be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 22B, City Block 249, on
<br />property belonging to Tommy E. Simmons, so as to include in such
<br />Office District (O), Specific Use, Greenhouse, Nursery for Retail
<br />Plant Sales and Florist, the hereinafter described property, which was
<br />formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Office District
<br />(O), Specific Use, Greenhouse, Nursery for Retail Plant Sales and
<br />Florist, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 22B, City Block 249,
<br />located at 2950 Lamar A venue.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
<br />on this the 13th day of September, 1976.
