<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TExAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, ON LOT 22, BLOCK A,
<br />JEFFERSON HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY
<br />BELONGING TO CECIL ANDERSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING IISTRICT NO. 2
<br />(SF-2 ) AND A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS AND DFSIGNAT-
<br />ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL R ETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIR E
<br />LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, an d the same is
<br />hereby established on Lot 22, Block A, Jefferson Heights
<br />Addition to the City of Paris, on property belonging to Cecil
<br />Anderson, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR),
<br />Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br />merly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF-2) and a Neighborhood Service District (NS),
<br />and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR),
<br />Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 22, Block A,
<br />Jeff erson Heights Addition to the City of Paris, and
<br />being the same property described in deed recorded
<br />Book 453, Page 264, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of July, 1972.
