<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR FIRE LIMITS, ON LOT 1, CITY
<br />BLOCK 270, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO HENRY PRICE, SO AS TO IN-
<br />CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD
<br />SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />GEIVERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same is
<br />hereby established on Lot 1, City Block 270, on property be-
<br />longing to Henry Price, so as to include in such General Retail
<br />District (GR), Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a Neighborhood
<br />Service District (NS), and that the boundaries of said General
<br />Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby
<br />established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City
<br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 1, City
<br />Block 270, fronting 33 feet on the North Side of
<br />Blake Road and 198 feet on the East Side of Fitzhugh
<br />Avenue, and being the same property described in deed
<br />recorded Book 445, Page 158, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day, of July, 1972.
