<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PA.RIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 22A, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PRO-
<br />PERTY BELONGING TO ROGER W. HARP; LOT 22C, CITY BLOCK 296, ON
<br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROY DEAN McELROY; LOT 22D, CITY BLOCK
<br />296, ON PROPERTY BET.ONGING TO RONALD PORTERFIELD; LOT 23, CITY
<br />BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MRS. E. K. HORTON; LOTS 24
<br />AND 27, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN R.
<br />WALKER; LOTS 25 AND 26, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BII.ONGING
<br />TO DAN GROOMS; AND LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONG-
<br />ING TO D. A. ENSEY, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2
<br />(SF-2) AND A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DFSIGNATING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on Lot 22A, City Bloclc 296, on property belonging to Roger W.
<br />Harp; Lot 22C, City Block 296, on property belonging to Roy
<br />Dean McElroy; Lot 22D, City Block 296, on property belonging to
<br />Ronald Porterfield; Lot 23, City Block 296, on property belong-
<br />ing to Mrs. E. K. Horton; Lots 24 and 27, City Block 296, on
<br />property belonging to John R. Walker; Lots 25 and 26, City
<br />Block 296, on property belonging to Dan Grooms; and Lot 12,
<br />City Block 316, on property belonging to D. A. Ehsey, Jr., so
<br />as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter
<br />described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and a
<br />General Retail District (GR), and that the bounda,ries of said
<br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby es-
<br />tablished as follows:

<br />Block 296, being the same property recorded in Book 474,

<br />City Block 296, being the same property recorded in
<br />Book 512, Page 218, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas;
<br />Lot 22D, City Block 296, being the same property re-
<br />corded in Book 512, Page 223, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas; Lot 23, City Block 296, being the same
<br />property recorded in Book 334, Page 179, Deed Records,
<br />Lamar County, Texas; Lot 24, City Block 296, being the
<br />same property recorded in Book 335, Page 542, and Book
<br />335, Page 553, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; Lot
<br />25, City Block 296, being the same prop erty recorded
<br />in Book 364, Page 602, Deed Records, Lamar County,
<br />Texas; Lot 26, City Block 296, being the same property
