Highway No. 82, a distance of 545 feet to a <br />point for corner, said point being the Northwest <br />corner of said Central Freight Lines Inc. 9.64 <br />acre tract; <br />THENCE South a distance of 775 feet to a <br />point for corner, said point being the Southwest <br />corner of Central Freight Lines Inc. 9.64 acre <br />tract; <br />THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of <br />said 9.64 acre tract a distance of 538.5 feet to <br />a point in the existing City Limit Line, said <br />point being the Southeast corner of Central Freight <br />Lines Inc. 9.64 acre tract; <br />THENCE North 0°30' East along the existing <br />City Limit Line and the East Boundary Line of said <br />Central Freight Lines Inc. 9.64 acre tract, a <br />distance of 775 feet to the place of beginning, <br />and containing 9.64 acres of land. <br />TRACT 3: Situated in the County of Lamar and <br />the State of Texas, and a part of the Joseph Ames <br />and John Herrington Surveys, and described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the present City <br />Limits line that now exists in the South Right-of- <br />Way of Loop 286 N. W., a distance of 995.9 feet to a point, <br />said point being the N.W.C. of the Union Metal <br />Manufacturing Company tract; <br />THEIVCE S. 220 00' E. a distance of 874.8 feet <br />to a point, said point being the S.W.C. of said <br />tract of land; <br />THENCE N. 68°00' E. a distance of 995.9 feet <br />to a point, said point beinglize S.E.C. of said <br />tract of land; <br />THENCE N. 220 00' W. along the existing city <br />limits established by Ordinance #1964, dated <br />May 11, 1970, a distance of 874.8 feet to the <br />point of beginning, containing in all 19.98 acres. <br />
