ORDINANCE NO. 2112 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2107, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 26 z-17, PROVIDING FOR THE MINIMUM LIMITS OF PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED TO BE CARRIED BY SIGN CONTRACTORS; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCFS OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFDCTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBEP, 1, 1972. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA.RIS: Section l. That the last sentence of Section 262-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 262-17. Sign contractor's bond and liability insurance. In addition to the above bond, each contractor shall carry public liability insurance in a company to be approved by the City Attorney with minimum limits as follows: $10,000.00 each person, $20,000.00 each acci- dent or occasion for bodily injury and $5,000.00 for property damage arising out of any one accident or occasion." Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 3. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4.
