O-RDINANC E NO. 2113 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A <br />ONE-FAMILY DWEI,LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 SPDCIFIC USE, DAY <br />NURSERY, ON A PART OF LOT 17, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BE- <br />LONGING TO W. G. GIBSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THFREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARI ES OF THE ONE-FAMILY <br />DWFLLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), SPDCIFIC USE, DAY NURSERY, SO <br />ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofare established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), Specific Use, Day <br />Nursery, be, and the same is hereby established on a part of <br />Lot 17, City Block 311, on property belonging to W. G. Gibson, <br />so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br />(SF-2), Specific Use, Day Nursery, the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bounda- <br />ries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), Specific <br />Use, Day Nursery, be, and the sazne are hereby established as <br />follows : <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of Lot 17 <br />of City Block No. 311; being a part of the Joseph <br />Leach Survey, Abstract No. 524; said 0.718 acre tract <br />being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at an iron pipe set for a corner, said <br />point being the N/E corner of Lot 17 of said Block No. <br />311; also being a point in the S/B/L of US Highway No. <br />271 (Clarksville Street); <br />THENCE wi th the E/B/L of Lot 17, South 1° 30' East, <br />112 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; <br />THENCE North 87° 36' West, 142.5 feet to an I. P. <br />set for a corner; <br />THFNCE North 440 West, 85 feet to an I. P. set for <br />a corner; <br />THENCE North 5° East 163.5 feet to an I. P. set <br />for a corner; <br />THENCE South 57° 30' East, 219 feet to the place <br />of beginning containing 0.718 acre of land. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. A.11 ordinances and parts of ordinaxices in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
