<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHA.NGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />NEIGH130RHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SE2VICE
<br />DISTRICT (NS SPDCIFIC USE, AUTO FUII. SALFS, ON LOTS 3 AND 4,
<br />BLOCK 9, WFSTSIDE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO C. C.
<br />BOSWELL AND IDII.L BOSWELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD SEFZVICE DISTRICT (NS
<br />AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
<br />DISTRICT (NS) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), SPECIFIC
<br />USE, AUTO FUEL SALES, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Neighborhood Service District (NS) and a Neighborhood Service
<br />District (NS), Specific Use, Auto Fuel Sales, be, and the same
<br />is hereby established on Lots 3 and 4, Block 9, Westside
<br />Addition, on property belonging to C. C. Boswell and Idell
<br />Boswell, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District
<br />(NS) and Neighborhood Service District (NS), Specific Use, Auto
<br />Fuel Sales, the hereinafter described property, which was for-
<br />merly and is presently designated as a Neighborhood Service
<br />District (NS), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood
<br />Service District (NS) and Neighborhood Service District (NS),
<br />Specific Use, Auto Fuel Sales, be, and the same are hereby
<br />established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 3 and 4,
<br />Block 9, Westside Addition to the City of Paris.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
<br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
<br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 20th d,ay of November, 1972.
