BIARD AND LAWR ENCE McDOWELL, SO AS TO IN- <br />CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMF.RLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C) AND A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 <br />AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br />AND COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C SPFCIFIC USE, AUTO FUII. That the boundaries heretofor e established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Commercial District (C) and a Commercial District (C), Specific <br />Use, Auto F.iel Sales, be, and the same is hereby established on <br />Lot 1, City Block 222-B, on property belonging to John W. Biard <br />and Lawrence McDowell, so as to include in such Commercia 1 <br />District (C) and Commercial District (C), Specific Use, Auto <br />Fuel Sales, the hereinafter described property, which was for- <br />merly and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C) <br />and a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the <br />boundaries of said Commercial District (C) and Commercial <br />District (C), Specific Use, Auto Fuel Sales, be, and the same <br />are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated in the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, said Block No. 222-B being <br />a part of the Geo. W. Cox Survey; said tract being <br />more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at an I. P. set for a corner; said point <br />being 113 feet S. 88 Degrees East from the point of <br />intersection of the N/B/L of Lamar Ave. and the E/B/L <br />of 25th NE St. ; <br />THENC E South 88 E, with the NBL of Lamar Ave. a <br />distance of 112 feet to an I. P. found for a corner; <br />THENC E North a distance of 360 f eet to an I. P. <br />found for a corner; <br />THENCE West a distance of 75 feet to an I. P. <br />found for a corner; <br />THENCE South a distance of 150 feet to an I. P. <br />found for a corner; <br />THENCE West a distance of 146.6 feet to an I. P. <br />foun d for a corner; said point being in the EBL of <br />25th N. E. Street; <br />THENCE South 1 degree West with the EBL of 25th <br />St. a distance of 37 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; <br />THENCE South 88 Degrees East a distance of 113 f eet <br />to an I. P. set for a corner; <br />THENCE South 1 degree West a distance of 165 feet <br />to the place of beginning containing 38,605 sq. ft. of <br />area. <br />As determined by an actual survey on the ground by <br />A.
