THENCE North 0°30' East along the existing City Limit Line and the East Boundary Line of said Central Freight Lines Inc. 9.64 acre tract, a distance of 775 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 9.64 acres of land. TRACT 3: Situated in the County of Lamar and the State of Texas, and a part of the Joseph Ames and John Herrington Surveys, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the present City Limits line that now exists in the South Right-of- Way of Loop 286 N. W. as described in Annexation Ordinance No. 1964, dated May 11, 1970. Said point being the N.W.C. of Lot #8, Block #355, conveyed by the Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. to the Pennsylvania Tire Co., recorded Book 360, Page 241, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; also being the N.E.C. of a tract of land conveyed by the Paris, Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. to the Union Metal Manufacturing Company, an Ohio Corporation, recorded Book 383, Page 203, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENC E S. 680 00' W. along the existing city limits whic h is the South Boundary Line of Loop 286 N. W., a distance of 995.9 feet to a point, said point being the N.W.C. of the Union Metal Manufacturing Company tract; THENCE S. 22°00' E. a distance of 874.8 feet to a point, said point bein g the S.W.C. of said tract of land; THENCE N. 68°00' E. a distance of 995.9 feet to a point, said point being the S.E.C. of said tract of land; THENCE N. 22°00' W. along the existing city limits established by Ordinance #1964, dated May 11, 1970, a distance of 874.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing in all 19.98 acres. Section 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so added hereby sha.ll bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the in- habitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas.
