C. Assist with all phases of protective orders and other legal matters relating to Family <br />Haven clients within the city of Paris. <br />D. Coordinate with the Paris Police Department on needs assessment and cross training <br />for law enforcement and Family Haven staff and volunteers. <br />E. Act as primary liaison with all criminal justice office s concerning victims of violent <br />crime within the city of Paris. <br />F. Be on-call as needed; conduct individual counseling with victims, including crisis <br />intervention, goal setting, and referral to other social service agencies and the criminal <br />justice system, as needed. These services include individual, group, and telephone <br />counseling sessions, as well as providing assista n ce in obtaining Victims <br />Compensation; conducting or arranging for counseling of other family members as <br />requested; completing and maintaining all required forms and case notes relating to <br />Family Haven clients. <br />G. Assist with public education and public relation efforts of Family Haven within the <br />city of Paris. <br />H. The goal of the Crimes Agai nst Women Unit is to reduce total crimes against <br />women/domestic violence by ten percent (10%) during the grant period. A quarterly <br />revi ew of the status of the goals will be held by Family Haven and the Paris Police <br />Department. <br />5. Payment for the above to Family Haven will not exceed $29,090.00 annually and will be on <br />a reimbursement basis payable in a quarterly amount as show below: <br />A. June 2001, July 2001, and August 2001 to be paid on September 1, 2001 ($7,272.50) <br />B. September 2001, October 2001, and November 2001 to be paid on December 1, 2001 <br />($7,272.50) <br />C. December 2001, January 2002, and February 2002 to be paid on March 1, 2002 <br />($7,272.50) <br />D. March 2002, April 2002, and May 2002 to be paid on June 1, 2002 ($7,272.50) <br />6. Billing for the above will be provided in the same manner as it would be provided for <br />customary purchases in the absence of a grant and shall consist of a statement of the service <br />or other items provided and the basis for the billing rate. Family Haven will submit to the City <br />of Paris an itemized bill for services rendered, travel expenses, and supply costs under the <br />grant agreement. <br />
