L. MYRICK, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMFRLY DESIGNATED AS A GENARAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR FIRE LIMITS; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), SHOPPING CENTER, FIRE LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 4, City Block 44, on property belonging to Dugan Curtis and J. L. Myrick, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, and that the bounda- ries of said Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 4, City Block 44, fronting 175 feet on Graham Street and 332.5 feet on 7th Street, N. W. Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re- zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved subject to the Director of Public Works' requirements enumerated in his memo to the City Council dated December 8, 1972. Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to chan ge the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinanc es in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
