<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANC E NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEKAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED SY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING E1
<br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), LIMITED TO THE SPDCIFIC USE
<br />OF ONE CHAIR BEAUTY SHOP, ON LOT 25, BLOCK 5, MAYER'S ADDITION,
<br />ON PROPERTY BEI-ONGING TO BILLY G. RODGERS AND WIFE, BRENDA
<br />1ZODGERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
<br />AS A ONE-FAMILY DWFLLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS LIMITED
<br />TO THE SPECIFIC USE OF ONE CHAIR BEAUTY SHOP, SO FSTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDEIINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS :
<br />Section 1. That t he boundaries her etofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, an d the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), limited to the specific use
<br />of one chair beauty shop, be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on Lot 25, Block 5, Mayer's Addition, on property belonging to
<br />Billy G. Rodgers and wife, Brenda Rodgers, so as to include in such
<br />Neighborhood Service District (NS), limited to the specific use of
<br />one chair beauty shop, the hereinafter described property, which,
<br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling
<br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood
<br />Service District (NS), limited to the specific use of one chair
<br />beauty shop, be, an d the same are hereby establish ed as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br />of Paris, L,a,mar County, Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman
<br />Survey, and being Lot 25, Block 5, Mayer's Addition,
<br />being 3304 Bonham. Street.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
<br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Paris in accord.ance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
<br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accord-
<br />ance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
<br />flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
<br />diately upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris
<br />in regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
<br />Texas, on this the 12th day of March, 73.
