ORDINANCE NO. 2142 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE -FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF-3) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCI< 212, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES H. AYLOR, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby es- tablished on Lot 4, City Block 212, on property belonging to James H. Aylor, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF3), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survev, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed James H. Aylor by deed recorded in Vol. 343, Page 82, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at a concrete marker for corner in the South Boundary Line of Austin St. , said point being West a distance of 147 ft. from the West Boundary Line of 19th S. W. , said point for corner also being West a distance of 157 ft. from the Northeast corner of said Aylor tract of land; Thence South 1 Deg. East a distance of 117 ft, to a concrete marker for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Aylor tract of land; Thence West a distance of 223 ft. to a concrete marker for corner at the Southwest corner of said Aylor tract of land; Thence North a distance of 111 ft. to a concrete marker for corner at the Northwest corner of said tract of land; Thence North 88 Deg. 27 min. East along the South Boundary Line of Austin St. a distance of 221 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0.58 acres of land. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
