<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) ON A PART OF
<br />LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 328, FRONTING 200 FEET ON THE SOUTH
<br />SIDE OF BONHAM STREET, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOUIS
<br />WOLENS, T. WALTER ERWIN, JR. AND LONNIE S. BEASLEY, SO
<br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
<br />AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT
<br />DEVELOPMENT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br />AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A) SO ESTABLISHED,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an
<br />Agricultural District (A), be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on a Part of Lot 2, City Block 328, fronting 200 feet on the South
<br />Side of Bonham Street, on property belonging to Louis Wolens,
<br />T. Walter Erwin, Jr. and Lonnie S. Beasley, so as to include in
<br />such Agricultural District (A) the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a Planned
<br />Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, and that
<br />the boundaries of said Agricultural District (A), be, and the same
<br />are hereby established as follows:
<br />All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, being
<br />3.0 acres situated in the Isaac Cruise Survey, in the
<br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being a part
<br />of the 35. 274 acre tract described in deed to Louis
<br />Wolens, T. Walter Erwin, Jr. and Lonnie S. Beasley,
<br />recorded in Volume 439, Page 325, Deed Records,
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and being described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake on South line of Bonham
<br />Street, at the Northwest corner of Westwood Baptist Church
<br />tract, being the Northeast corner of aforesaid 35. 274 acre
<br />tract;
<br />THENCE S 0 30' W 300 feet to an iron stake the
<br />Southwest corner of Westwood Baptist Church;
<br />THENCE N 89 30' E 180 feet to an iron stake for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE N 0 30' E 8 feet to an iron stake for corner;
<br />THENCE N 89 30' E 100 feet to an iron stake for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE S 0 30' W 153. 6 feet to an iron s take for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE S 89 30' W 480 feet to an iron stake for
<br />corner;
<br />THENCE N 0 30' E 445. 6 feet to an iron stake on
<br />South line of Bonham Street for corner;
<br />THENCE N 89 30' E 200 feet with the South line of
<br />Bonham Street to the place of beginning, containing 3.0
<br />acres of land.
<br />Being a Part of Lot 2, City Block 328.
