<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHA.NGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTA.BLISHEDBYWELL NOG D S CTO(2F), ISDPE ICITY; FIC USEBLISH-
<br />ING A TWO-FAMILY DRESIDENCE HOME FOR AGED, SUBJECT TO ONE OFF-STREET
<br />PARKING SPACE PER BED, ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, OF THE
<br />FELTS FORT & VARNER ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
<br />MARIANNE TIPPITT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR-
<br />MERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F);
<br />AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY
<br />DWELLING DISTRICT (217), SPECIFIC USE, RESIDENCE HOME FOR
<br />AGED, SUBJECT TO ONE OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE PER BED,
<br />SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Two-Family Dwelling
<br />District (217), Specific Use, Residence Home for Aged, subject to one
<br />off-street parking space per bed, be, and the same is hereby es-
<br />tablished on Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, of the Felts Fort & Varner
<br />Addition, on property belonging to Marianne Tippitt, so as to include
<br />in such 1wo-Family Dwelling District (217), Specific Use, Residence
<br />Home for Aged, subject to one off-street parking space per bed, the
<br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br />designated as a'IWo-Family Dwelling District (217~ and that the
<br />boundaries of said Two Family Dwelling District (217), Specific Use,
<br />Residence Home for Aged, subject to one off-street parking space per
<br />bed, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 1 and 2, Block 4,
<br />of the Felts Fort & Varner Addition, fronting approximately
<br />125 feet on the East Side of lOth Street, S. E. and being
<br />approximately 175 feet deep.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
