ORDINANCE NO. 2156 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PA.RIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 60, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLES G. YOUNG SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY OR DESIGNATING AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ( AND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 8, City Block 60, on property belonging to Charles G. Young, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, the here- inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently de- signated as a'Iwo-Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the bounda- ries of said General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 8, City Block 60, fronting approximately 60 feet on the North side of Pine Bluff Street, and being approximately 131 feet deep. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
