<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
<br />THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES ESTA.BLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br />ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS ON LOT 7,
<br />CITY BLOCK 60, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MATTIE DANCER, SO
<br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED A.S
<br />A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217); AND DESIGNATING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE
<br />LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PAR IS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail
<br />District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same is hereby established on
<br />Lot 7, City Block 60, on property belonging to Mattie Dancer, so as to
<br />include in such General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, the herein-
<br />after described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a'IWo-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries
<br />of said General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits, be, and the same
<br />are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 7, City Block 60,
<br />fronting approximately 40 feet on the North side of Pine
<br />Bluff Street, and being approximately 131 feet deep.
<br />Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
<br />City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
<br />of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
<br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
<br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon passage.
<br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
<br />regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
<br />on this the 13th day of August, 1973.
