THENCE along said F. M. Highway No. 1508 and <br />curve to left and being 50 feet South of and radial with <br />said C/L a distance of 928. 56 feet to the end of said <br />curve; <br />THEN CE S 80 ° 30' W parallel and being 50 feet <br />South of C/L of F. M. Highway No. 1508 a distance of <br />442 feet to a point. Said point being 50 feet South of <br />Highway No. 1508 C/L Sta. 35+70. 3, also bei ng the City <br />Limits Line described by Ordinance No. 2162, dated <br />August 13, 1973; <br />THENCE N 9° 30' W, a distance of 100 feet to <br />the place of beginning, containing in all 1544. 45 acres, <br />of which 1539. 46 acres is owned by the City of Paris. <br />TRACT 2: That part of the following described <br />property not included within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, which is described as follows: <br />A part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Lamar County, <br />Texas, and being a tract of land now owned by I<ay and <br />Wayne Brown. <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corn er in the East <br />Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 at the North Boundary <br />Line of a 25. 68 acre tract of land conveyed J.
