<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD),
<br />COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 102,
<br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES W. FARRIS, SO AS TO IN-
<br />CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
<br />GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), LIMITED TO THE SPECIFIC USE
<br />OF TROPICAL FISH RETAIL SALES, FIRE LIMITS; AND DESIGNAT-
<br />ING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
<br />(PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PAR IS:
<br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
<br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development
<br />District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and the same is here -
<br />by established on Lot l, City Block 102, on property belonging to
<br />James W. Farris, so as to include in such Planned Development
<br />District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter described
<br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a General
<br />Retail District (GR), Limited to the Specific Use of Tropical Fish
<br />Retail Sales, Fire Limits, and that the boundaries of said Planned
<br />Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and the
<br />same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas;
<br />Beginning at a stake in the NB line of Margaret
<br />Street 156. 8 feet East of its intersection with the EB line of
<br />13th Street S. E. ;
<br />Thence North 151. 5 feet a stake;
<br />Thence West 156. 8 feet a stake;
<br />Thence South 151. 5 feet a stake in the NB line of
<br />Margaret Street;
<br />Thence East with the NB line of said Street 156. 8
<br />feet to the place of beginning.
<br />Being the same property conveyed to W. M. Scott
<br />et ux by deed dated May 1, 1969, recorded Book 505,
<br />Page 220, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas.
<br />Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re-zoned,
<br />attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved.
<br />Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of
<br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning
<br />Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
<br />Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
