ORDINANCE NO. 2167 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA.P OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMBINATION h, ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 228, ON PROPERTY BE- LONGING TO RACHEL I~ TED AS A COMMERC AL DI TRICT (C); I TORY FORMERLY DESG AND DESIGENTI O SO ES DEVELOPM ABLISHED. DISTRCT (PD), COMBINATION h,L T BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Combination h, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 4, City Block 228, on property belonging to Rachel Faber, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Combination h, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre- sently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that the bounda- ries of said Planned Development District (PD), Combination h, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, and being a part of a tract of land conveyed P. D. Jefferies by deed recorded in Vol. 251, Page 192, of the Deed Records of said County and State. Beginning at a stake for corner in the East Boundary Line of North Main St. at the present Southwest corner of said Jefferies tract of land. Thence North along the East Boundary Line of North Main St. a distance of 135 ft. to a stake for corner at the present Northwest corner of said tract of land; Thence East a distance of 307. 5 ft. to a stake for corner at the Northeast corner of said tract of land; Thence South a distance of 135 ft. to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner of said tract of land; Thence West a distance of 307. 5 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0.95 acres of land. Being described in accordance with an actual survey made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public Surveyor of Texas, No. 1443, on the 27th day of September, 1973. Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re - zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved.
