ORDINANCE NO. 2167 . <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MA.P OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), <br />COMBINATION h, ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 228, ON PROPERTY BE- <br />LONGING TO RACHEL I~ TED AS A COMMERC AL DI TRICT (C); I <br />TORY FORMERLY DESG <br />AND DESIGENTI O <br />SO ES <br />DEVELOPM ABLISHED. <br />DISTRCT (PD), COMBINATION h,L T <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development <br />District (PD), Combination h, be, and the same is hereby established <br />on Lot 4, City Block 228, on property belonging to Rachel Faber, so as <br />to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Combination h, <br />the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is pre- <br />sently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that the bounda- <br />ries of said Planned Development District (PD), Combination h, be, <br />and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the <br />Reddin Russell Survey, and being a part of a tract of land <br />conveyed P. D. Jefferies by deed recorded in Vol. 251, <br />Page 192, of the Deed Records of said County and State. <br />Beginning at a stake for corner in the East Boundary <br />Line of North Main St. at the present Southwest corner of <br />said Jefferies tract of land. <br />Thence North along the East Boundary Line of North <br />Main St. a distance of 135 ft. to a stake for corner at the <br />present Northwest corner of said tract of land; <br />Thence East a distance of 307. 5 ft. to a stake for <br />corner at the Northeast corner of said tract of land; <br />Thence South a distance of 135 ft. to a stake for <br />corner at the Southeast corner of said tract of land; <br />Thence West a distance of 307. 5 ft. to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.95 acres of land. <br />Being described in accordance with an actual survey <br />made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public <br />Surveyor of Texas, No. 1443, on the 27th day of September, <br />1973. <br />Section 2. That the plot plan of the property herein re - <br />zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br />
