ORDINANCE NO. 2168 .
<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br />ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS
<br />AND GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), SPECIFIC USE,
<br />COMMERCIAL AMUSEMENTS, INDOOR, FIRE LIMITS, ON LOTS 22
<br />AND 22A, CITY BLOCK 75, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO COLEMAN
<br />GRAVES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DE-
<br />SIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS;
<br />AND DESIGNATING THE BOt1NDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL
<br />DISTRICT (GR), FIRE LIMITS AND GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT
<br />(GR), SPECIFIC USE, COMMERCIAL AMUSEMENTS, INDOOR, FIRE
<br />LIMITS, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General
<br />Retail District (GR), Fire Limits and General Retail L7istrict (GR),
<br />Specific Use, Commercial A.musements, Indoor, Fire Limits, be,
<br />and the same are hereby established on Lots 22 and 22A, City
<br />Block 75, on property belonging to Coleman Graves, so as to include
<br />in such General Retail District (GR), Fire Limits and General Retail
<br />District (GR), Specific Use, Commercial Amusements, Indoor, Fire
<br />Limits, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and
<br />is presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), Fire
<br />Limits, and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR),
<br />Fire Limits and General Retail District (GR), Specific Use,
<br />Commercial Amusements, Indoor, Fire Limits, be, and the same
<br />are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
<br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 22 and 22A,
<br />City Block 75.
<br />Section 2. That the I?irector of Community Development of
<br />the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br />Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br />of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
<br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
<br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
<br />upon pa s s age.
