Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service <br />District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of <br />Lot 5, City Block 313, on property belonging to Kay Brown and D. Wayne <br />Brown, so as to include in such NPighborhood Service District (NS) the <br />hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently <br />designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of <br />said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, <br />County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph <br />Leach Survey, and being a part of the proposed Morningside <br />Addition to the City of Paris, and also being a part of the <br />following tracts conveyed J. L. Jopling; 25. 68 acres in Vol. <br />29g Page 581 and 21. 8 acres in Vol. 309, Page 11 of the <br />Deed Records of said C;ounty and State and being further de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning at a stake for corner at the intersection of <br />the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 and the South <br />Boundary of Proposed Dawn Drive of the Morningside Addition, <br />said stake also being Southeasterly along the Boundary Line of <br />said Highway a distance of 956. 5 feet from the intersection <br />of the North Boundary Line of said 25. 68 acre tract and the <br />East Boundary Line of said Highway; <br />Thence N 71 Degrees 06 Minutes E along the South <br />Boundary Line of said proposed Dawn Drive a distance of 37 <br />feet to the beginning of a proposed curve to the right having <br />a radius of 384. 26 feet; <br />Thence along said proposed curve to the right a dis- <br />tance of 130. 1 feet to the end of said curve; <br />Thence South 89 Degrees 30 Minutes E continuing along <br />said South Boundary Line of said proposed Dawn Drive a dis - <br />tance of 117. 6 feet to a stake for corner, the intersection of <br />the South Boundary Line of proposed 38th Street S. E. and <br />said South Boundary Line of proposed Dawn Drive; <br />Thence in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the <br />left having a radius of 434. 26 feet, and the West Boundary <br />Line of said proposed 38th Street S. E. a distance of 183. 56 <br />feet to a stake the end of said curve; <br />Thence continuing in a Southeasterly direction along said <br />proposed West Boundary Line of said proposed 38th Street <br />S. E. and a curve to the right having a radius of 384. 26 feet <br />a distance of 24 feet to a stake for corner tangent to said <br />curve at this point bears S 20 Degrees 34 Minutes E. <br />Thence N 89 Degrees 30 Minutes W a distance of 266 <br />feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary Line of Loop <br />Highway 286; <br />Thence in a Northwesterly direction along said East <br />Boundary Line of said highway and a curve to the right having <br />a radius of 17, 125. 8 feet a distance of 178 feet to the place <br />of beginning and containing 0. 654 acres of land. <br />
