ORDINANCE NO. 2171 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PAR IS, PAR IS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 <br />(MF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, PUBLIC UTILITIES UNLISTED <br />(37), SUBJECT TO THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT BEING CONDITION- <br />ED THAT NO BUILDING PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REMOD- <br />ELLING ON THE PROPERTY BE ISSUED UNTIL A SITE PLAN HAS <br />BEEN APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, <br />ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 220B, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br />HENRY I<UBALA, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- <br />MERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 2' (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(MF-2) AND <br />SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, PUBLIC; UTILITIES UNLISTED (37), SUB- <br />JECT TO THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT BEING CONDITIONED THAT <br />NO BUILDING PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELLING <br />ON THE PROPERTY BE ISSUED UNTIL A SITE PLAN HAS BEEN <br />APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, SO ES- <br />TABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF -2) and Specific Use Permit, <br />Public Utilities Unlisted (37), subject to the Specific Use Permit <br />being conditioned that no building permit for construction or remod- <br />elling on the property be issued until a site plan has been approved <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission, be, and the same are <br />hereby established on Lot 12, City Block 220B, on property belonging <br />to Henry Kubala, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(MF-2) and Specific Use Permit, Public Utilities <br />Unlisted (37), subject to the Specific Use Permit being conditioned <br />that no building permit for construction or remodelling on the pro- <br />perty be issued until a site plan has been approved by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission, the hereinafter described property, which <br />was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Multiple <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2(MF-2) and Specific Use Permit, <br />Public Utilities Unlisted (37), subject to the Specific Use Permit <br />being conditioned that no building permit for construction or remod- <br />elling on the property be issued until a site plan has been approved <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission, be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 12, City Block <br />220B, fronting approximately 181. 5 feet on the East Side of <br />F. M. 195 (20th Street, N. E. ) and being 382 feet deep and <br />being No. 270 20th Street, N. E. <br />
